bedspud

Someone who performs the tasks of daily living, eg making phone calls, reading, sending email, surfing the net, and other forms of work, from the comfort of the bed. You know you've really arrived as a bedspud when you are able to make money from bed! Can also be used as a verb meaning "to do daily living tasks in bed" as in "We have to pay some bills. Let's bedspud it."

"I'm off to the cube farm, too bad I can't bedspud it today."

bedsped

A person who stays in bed all day long.

Joe: Hey, I was at a sweet party last night after gettin' a date with my girl. How about you, man?
Peter: Nothin' much, man. Just stayin' in my bed all day.
Joe: Dude! Just get out and stop being such a bedsped!
