An asstoy is a male 'slut' who takes it all up in his ass, enjoying every minute of it. An asstoy always tries to provoke older gay people, rapers, etc. by bending over or dropping his pants and whatnot. Never pay an asstoy for his services, that would be considered as an insult to him!
