Someone who is not really powerful enough to be your nemesis, but who is still really really annoying is your annoymesis.

I had to work with that dude every day on the Johnson project. He completely derailed every meeting, and he is now my biggest annoymesis.

annoyissist

Annoyissist: person with inordinate fascination with annoying others with pictures of oneself; has excessive love of irritating others through photos, especially by leaving pictures of oneself on unsuspecting people’s cameras/phones/recording equipment or by photobombing.

Damn it, did I leave my phone out?!? I’ve got another picture of that annoyissist Seth as my wallpaper again! At least it isn’t a picture of his armpit this time.
