alternative reality

Where what you think is real, is completely different from what the majority of the population thinks is real. A common syndrome of politicians, (un)reality stars and musicians.
Symptoms:

Thinking that they are great at everything, despite all evidence to the contrary.
Expecting everyone to praise them , often for doing nothing.
Getting angry when people disagree with their version of reality.
Not treatable, even by strong application of actual Facts(as opposed to alternative facts) to the head of the person.
No, a large blunt object does NOT count as Facts.

Not to be confused with some types of mental disorders , which are treatable.
Person 1. trump thinks the media is undercutting his achievements.
person2: only in the alternative reality he lives in.

TRUMP ALTERNATE REALITY SYNDROME (TARS)

The condition wherein Donald Trump's (deplorable) base ignores his countless lies, and ignores his countless misstatements of facts. These loyal followers, suffering from T.A.R.S., choose to give their leader/ paper tiger, a PASS on all the diarrhea that spews forth from his mouth. These sufferers live in a dimension where facts don't matter. "Alternative Facts" are an acceptable substitute.
At the Thanksgiving dinner table, I listened in disbelief as my redneck Uncle Cletus, who suffers from Trump Alternate Reality Syndrome (TARS), waxed philosophic about Donald Trump's "record-breaking inauguration crowds".

fache-couture

French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
