The one that is fondly loved for his kind heart towards someone else that those who met him will be fond of him and literally took care of him until the person's last breath
The big bear describes the cute lil tortoise as a Afiq Mifdhal for his kind heart and innocent looking face so did his heart soothing words that the bear eventually took care of the tortoise for the rest of his life until the bear's last breath. So both the tortoise and bear lived happily ever after even sometimes they were far apart but they knew they would take care of each other until either one leaves the world :)
