A combination of the words ah and hmmm. Used when you realize something new but don't know what the other person is talking about.

Billy Jean: (Randomly) Hey, did you know that the CN tower is no longer the tallest free standing structure in the world?

Norma Jean: aaahhmmm , where the hell did that come from?
