To spend one's time idly browsing Zillow as a means of avoiding more pressing or productive tasks or responsibilities.

Zilloafing is a form of procrastination.

This neologism is a portmanteau of the words Zillow, a popular real estate listing database, and loaf, a term for idling one's time away.

Zilloafing is closely related to the practice of redditation.

Jay was fired from his job for spending too much time Zilloafing instead of filing the TPS reports in a timely manner.
