Offensive slang for a "black person" in some eastern suburbs of boston. Similar to the N word. Seen as a verbal assault.

"Yo zerolight you better get off of my property before I call the cops."

Zero Light Thirty is military slang for 12:30 PM (or 12:30 HRS). Zero Light refers to 12 PM noon.
