Dickter is a very unattractive woman who works for the IT Department at Northampton High School, in Massachusetts. She is horrifying and you can smell her 200 feet away. When Zombies, Rick Astley, and Dickter are combined, it creates an exciting, adrenaline-pumping sensation of fear, trickery and shame.
