The Filipino version of the spanish word Hijo de Puta which, in english means Son of a Bitch.
Origin: the filipinos were tired of speaking the word hijo, and they short cutted it to yu, it still sounds the same...
History: it's history was just like the spanish version, yeah, because most of the filipino words being used here came from spain when they colonized us during the 1500's.

Yude 

Yude is a word derived from the ancient Egyptian term Udjat.

They made the first CD-R. They still make the best CD and DVD recordables, of course Made in Japan.

Whenever you see CD-R Made in Japan, it's Taiyo Yuden. Also, TY DVD media is by TDK, Sony, Panasonic, Plextor and Fuji, and sometimes also by Verbatim and Sony. Their own brand in Japan, Korea and Greece is That's.

Their DVD+R media is significantly better than their DVD-R media is, because DVD+R is MMCD is Blu-Ray is good old CD is Philips and Sony.

March 23 should be a public holiday because Taiyo Yuden was founded on March 23, 1950 by Hikohachi Sato.
