The belief that one can do, see, feel, or think things that others cannot. This ability or knowledge usually contradicts the status quo, and is held in contempt by mainstream perspectives. It is especially prevalent among political radicals, conspiracy theorists, religious fundamentalists, and schizophrenics.
Example 1

Economist, PhD: "...In conclusion, once we control for all of these factors and apply this principle, we can get a good idea how -"

Person with Yoda Complex: "WE DON'T NEED CONTROLS! ALL WE NEED IS THE AXIOM OF HUMAN ACTION, AND ALL ELSE CAN BE KNOWN!!!!"

Example 2

Person 1: When I was talking to Johnny earlier, he was convinced that he had the key to the universe. He said that a very important person gave it to him. I looked in his hand, and it was empty.

Person 2: Was he trying to make a statement?

Person 1: No, I think he either has schizophrenia or a severe Yoda complex.
