Yazzut

Yazzut is a term used to define a feeling equivalent to pure ecstasy. Used mainly in the Midwest, the word can be used to describe an activity that exerts a nut.

That steak dinner was so good I may yazzut.

I yazzuted when I saw the keister on that girl.
