Yavutska

Pronounced "Yah-Voo-t's-kah"; it is the combination of a yarmulka and a babushka; In Hebrew often times to say the word AND, they simply used the letter Vuv as a conjunction of two words.

"Hey you, ya look like ya wearin' a Yavutska!"
