Woodwhack

The Woodwhack is a legend that came from the North East of Quebec. Unknown creature living mostly in the heavy wooded areas, it reaches 7 feet high in it's adulthood. It mostly lives of other mammals(Mooses,foxes,coyotes,etc..) but can survive of small critters as well. It has been sighted more than once however never confirmed. It's current number is unknown but is estimated around several hundreds. Theorists tend to believe to it might be related to a sub-specie of wolverines though further studies are required.

Woodshock

This is a premier concert event in central Ohio. It is themed around a hippy rock fest to promote peace, love and rock and roll. What started as a birthday party is now one of the largest outdoor parties of it's kind. Some of the past headliners at Woodshock have included: MUSHROOMHEAD, NONPOINT, THE ACCIDENTAL EXPERIMENT, DOPE, MANNTIS, BLEED THE SKY, ANEW REVOLUTION, MAKESHIFT ROMEO, TWELVE TRIBES, STATIC X, MASTODON, ALL THAT REMAINS, FEAR FACTORY, FILTER, CHIMAIRA, SIX FEET UNDER, 3INCHES OF BLOOD, IN THIS MOMENT, PRO-PAIN, HedPE, Ot3p and ANKLA. This event typically last 2 days and includes 40+ bands.

We went to rock out at the greatest rock festival in Ohio, Woodshock!

woodwalker

A Man or Woman who puts their life on the line daily to keep the lights on so that others may enjoy the luxury of electricity. Also referred to as lineman. They climb wood poles with hooks and work hot secondary from the pole or hot primary from a hot board. Sometimes these Woodwalkers spend hours standing on hooks to restore power. They also work out of bucket trucks. These men and woman are the backbone of America. With out their dedication many people would die during winter and summer months. Food would have to be stored in a different manner, I wouldn't be typing on a computer charged by the electricity they provide, and you wouldn't be on level 58 on whatever dumb game you're playing.

Jack: "I can't believe the power went out after that storm"
Buddy: "Quit your bitchin!!! The woodwalkers are here away from their families to restore the power so your mom can charge her secret toy"
