Wisenhimer: silly,idiotic,stoupid,funny.You call someone a Wisenhimer.Word first used in the 1990's.Its a term of endearment,can be used as an insult though.
I do believe this word was used in the movie "Happy Gilmore"

1) A female who makes sarcastic and/or wisecrack comments.

2) A lewd, perverted, yet witty term used to jestingly refer to somebody as a "wisenheimer", but putting in "hymen" as opposed to "heimer".
