Similar to "What the hell" or "What the f%&k" except with more intensity. The expression one makes when they are hit in the balls is synonymous with asking, what the dick punch?!
Friend:"I can't go out tonight, boss talked me in to working a double shift."
Me: "What the dick punch?!"
Me: "What the dick punch?!"
