Whaspkering

Whaspkering is the when people's voices are above a whisper, but below talking.

Basically, loud enough for people sitting next to you to hear.

Ew, that couple over there was whaspkering about the dirty things they're going to do when they get home. I can't believe I'm sitting on this rock with them.
