Vodka Pooch

Comparable to a beer gut, a vodka pooch is a small roll of fat gained at the bottom of a 16 year old girls stomach after many weekends of binge drinking.

Joe- "Man check out how hot she is."
Steve- "Yeah, but check out that vodka pooch"
