Unfokiterd

A gardening tool, but not a nice one. Specifically, a less valuable Hoe. To be used appropriately it should be used with as great ambiguity as possible so that no one knows which of the two meanings in the last sentence is the correct one.

"Man, that dude over there, he is like an unfokiterd!"
