Ultivate is a hybrid word derived from the words cultivate, elevate and ultimate. Its a noun that can be used as a verb. The word was created to describe a bilingual psychosocial project founded and directed by Chilean born Australian Psychologist, Andy Solange. An Ultivate participant will access psychosocial intelligence and apply this knowledge to modify personal human behaviour as a means to solve psychological conflict and improve personal, social and vocational performance. Ultivate is used as a verb because it must be practiced daily in order to see the psychosocial change. Ultivate seeks to use current and relevant psychosocial research to improve human cognition and behaviour in order to prepare the human brain for the modern world. Ultivate is pro psychosocial development and fundamentally seeks to eliminate mental illness brought on psychosocial barriers through psychosocial education. To ultivate means to actively engage in taking personal responsibility for solving personal, social and vocational issues. Personal problems are challenge through psychosocial learning and practicing a new way in order to see a new result.
