to be on your own level.. when your not stupid drunk but your over tipsy, and buzzed.

1. you probably did a lil trip or stumble off some dumb shit and people think your wasted and the sober person goes "haa your drunk!" and you reply "nah bitch im Twit-ass im good"

2. its also a good word to share with your friends/crew on the low to inform them that your on your level. Like one of your home boys/girls would look at you while your sipping on something and you say "yea im Twit-ass"
