When a meth user starts talking in a fake accent for long periods of time and then the accent becomes stuck.
Joe (in accent) - "Do you hear those bloody sirens?????"
Mike - "Why tf is he talking like that?"
Carl - "It's the twaccent. He started talking like that as a joke but now he cant stop."
Mike - "Oh, okay..."
