Similar to a SMIB, a Turloc is someone from southern Delaware that exhibits redneck traits and is more than likely inbred. They can be found in large groups at NASCAR races and country concerts in nearby major cities like Philly and DC.
You can tell you’re in Turloc country when the American flags are replaced with confederate flags and every driveway has a car on cinder blocks parked in it.

A Turloc is a fat person who never bathes and has a limited cognative ability. This person is usually quite stubborn and thinks that they are clever. A Turloc's traits may also include an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to annoy the hell out of a selected person continuosly without any hope of stopping.
