An intense feeling of betrayal in a female which causes her to desire she could physically rip her (now ex)boyfriend into tiny little pieces.

Vykie just found out that her boyfriend had been lieing to her since the start of the relationsip.

Vykie: *turns to friend* I'm so angry I feel trunectus!

Truncus 

Normally referring to the 1/x^2 math expression, it can also be used as an insult directed towards someone who is terrible at math.

"Hey did you see Noah's test scores?"
"Yeah, they were awful."
"Wow. What a truncus."
