Tripped over his own asshole

Someone that is super ignorant, super hateful and super motivated by cruelty. The have become such a large asshole that they can actually trip over it.

When he said, " We birthed a nation from nothing. I mean, there was nothing here. I mean, yes we have Native Americans but candidly there isn't much Native American culture in American Culture," he literally tripped over his own asshole.
