Tipwad

Acronym for "totally incompetent (or idiotic) person with advanced degree." A good name for someone who's your supervisor thanks to education rather than ability.

"They put that guy in charge of the department!? He couldn't find his own ass with both hands!"
"Yeah, but he has an MBA."
"I know, can you believe it? What a tipwad!"
