History –
1. Originally an acronym for a person who believes in the adages of Trust, Honor, Empathy, Love, Understanding, Diversity, Optimism, Compassion, and Kindness.

Modern Meanings –
1. A person who is unconditionally kind and friendly to all.
2. A true friend.
3. An upbeat, trustworthy individual.

Ex1: If you are having some emotional trouble and one of your friends is a theludock, you will always have someone to turn to.
Ex2: I have a good friend at Humbolt that is a theludock.
Ex3: I met this wonderful theludock today downtown!
