Definition One: Rape while doing the tango (or any upbeat dance).
Definition Two: The opposite of Salonrape, where the victim's hair is messed up, usually using hairspray.

The two dancers were eliminated from the tango division because they tangoraped, disgusting the judges.

Jenny had been left with nothing but a big ball of frizz and bad memories from the tangorape.
