The tale of Sean Tipper is an urban legend, a so called ginger-giant by the name of Sean Tipper was a sinner. He stole dirty underwear, socks, wallets, money, mp3 players, change, purses, used condoms, paper planes, shots of wisers, shots of vodka, etc... Finally, one late night at Squid Park, he got punished for the committed crimes and The Power Rangers took maters in their own hands.
