Tacapasto

A recipe that incorporates Mexican taco flavors with pasta.

Tacapasto is ground beef with cumin, onions, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic, chipotle peppers, ancho chili powder, chedder cheese and tortilla chips served over pasta, topped with sour cream and green onions.
