THEORYALITY

The idea that you must temper the THEORY in which something should work with the REALITY of how it actually works.
“That sounds like a great idea Joe but in THEORYALITY it doesn’t stand a chance of working out like you hope it will.”

Thorality

The word, "Thorality" is pronounced the same as "morality". It is essentially the same as being thorough but can be used to describe someone's thoroughness. It has a much stronger meaning essentially than the word "thoroughness".

Having "Thorality" can be classified as someone's morals which is why it's pronunciation is similar to morality. Having/practicing "Thorality" is said to be a way of life and being thorough in ever way possible withing neglecting anything when doing a task.
The thorality of John's work is breathtaking. The lengths through which he went to write this report is mind blowing.

The thorality of Emily's investigation is from another dimension. The results of her work speaks true about her thorality.

The thorality of James's work in the marine environment is unmatched. When designing sails for boats, he ensures that all specifications and details are looked at during the design spiral. This speaks true to his Thorality which in turn is seen as one of his morals.
