Fear of submerged machines.
There is a subreddit dedicated to it: /r/submechanophobia

There probably aren't that many people that suffer from submechanophobia.

Submechanophobia

The fear of any man-made object, partially or fully submerged underwater. Not to be confused with Thalassophobia, which is fear of large bodies of water.

People with Submechanophobia aren’t really scared of the objects themselves... mainly the fear of how much of it they CAN’T see.
