Stupid strong

When a person is mentally challenged but has also developed super human strength, especially when angry or provoked.

This is similar to having retard strength, or being retard strong.

Person 1: Matt don't look Stacy's retarded kid in the eye!
Person 2: Why?
Person 1: Because he gets angry and develops super strength and becomes stupid strong!
