Statuship

When a relationship exists purely out of the posting of status updates from relevant parties. The context of the status relating to some feelings, actions or otherwise 'inside' story for the amusement and pleasure of the audience to which it is available.

Usually found on Facebook though Twitter and/or any social media platform would be vulnerable to such farcical relationship bulls hit.

I always knew there was open season on Tim. He and that girl were all statuship and no relationship. A fine show that lacked any truth. Frankly I always found it be a real greylationship.

Their statuship made me want to puke my guts out. Go write it in a your diary 'babycakes'.
