Staneurysm 

1. A stroke and an aneurysm occurring simultaneously. Symptoms are best described as a ripping or tearing pain on the side of the brain on which the Staneurysm is located quickly followed by confused speech and thoughts then followed by the wearing of a helmet and drinking of juice boxes.

2. An aneurysm experienced by any man named Stan.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
