A little bebop of a person. One who bops around town with a little mop head. A rat-like person worthless to society worthless to his body. Most likely listens to the band, Phish.

Some of them can be found working at Sound Studios.

The little spruzer ran into the room like a spider monkey and then grabbed his bong and headed for the trees. You spruze you lose, spruzer.
