Spotfix 

The act of cleaning and fixing a defaced public or private property, (such as a bus stop, post box, sewer, footpath etc.) by a group citizens as an initiative to encourage cleanliness & order, and as a part of civilian responsibility in maintaining public hygiene.

"Did you hear about the spotfix at the Subway station?"
