A spooge rag is a piece of clothing or cloth used to wipe up spooge.

Disgusting...I just grabbed my shirt and there is some sticky shit all over it.
Sorry man...I couldn't find my spooge rag, and I had to find a new one.

Another insult, saying someone is basicly lower than spooge, the thing that cleans that shit up.
