One who steals from or hurts others, but justifies the action with invalid logic.

After stealing my wallet the spindel responds with: "I can either give back the wallet, and gain nothing and become labled a thief. Or I can run away, gain 14 dollars and still be labled a thief. So either way i'm going to end up loseing, so I might as well choose the path that is better for me."

Someone who cannot or will not do the right thing, even though a small part of them knows they should. Spineless people often use phrases like " I don't give a flying fuck" or "I don't want to get involved"

My brother is spineless, probably because he doesn't want to deal with the wrath of his crazy ass wife, so I guess it's ok.
