A paranoia related to design specifications, giving the sufferer a compunction to eliminate any and all vagueness in what the client thinks they want, and remove any and all possible ambiguity.
Client: I want tight facebook and twitter integration.
Designer: Having automatic sharing is a very very bad idea and pisses people off, it should be opt-in based on each individual action.
