Smitbag

1. A person who is said to have a tiny scrotum (hence the 'bag') Used both as fact and as an insult.

2. It can also refer to the scrotum itself.

'Apparently he's a smitbag', 'You're such a smitbag'

'Just cos you have a smitbag'
