Sluiper

A Sluiper is a person who stays in your building, University Residence or apartment complex who does not partake or involve themselves in any part of the whole. This means that a sluiper keeps to himself, somewhat like a hermit, but worse. This word is derived from Dutch desent, meaning a ‘prowler’ or somebody who ‘lays low’.

“You are such a sluiper, you didn’t even attend the University Residence’s our long last Thursday!”
