A slappityslapslap is defined as what will happen if you do not get above a 90% on any test, quiz, or other such things. A friend of yours will slappityslapslap you if you do not get above a 90%. This is an incentive to pass your tests.

(Skāte-ăl-ĭ-tē) Noun. (1) The state of a figure skater, skate-boarder, roller-skater, or anyone on roller or ice skates, after they make a mistake in which they sustain an injury.
