The word skidoop was created by 2 boys at the ALC in Montevideo, Minnesota. Skidoop originally used when running away from the cops or doing something quickly. It is also used when flipping someones tit and then saying "skidoop". Done both on guys and girls. It can also be said randomly at anytime.
