Sketch vice 

1. to describe someone who has a terrible habit of being sketchy (acting creepy, behaving in a mysterious manner)

2. or as a response to a sketchy or weird situation.

1. "He is always so sketch vice. Last night he disappeared from the party for five hours."

2. "That trip to Jamaica sounded like a sketch vice vacation"

3. Upon hearing a crazy or outrageous story...
"Sketch. vice."

an uncool situation, a bad feeling or a thing or person you do not want to have anything to do with. Also an indication of disaproval.
