Having the over whelming quality of being extremely skanky. Often used to over emphasize skanyness and to 'bring the lolz', so to speak, or be overly comical

Person 1: I'm going to go LOL on the forth floor cause i don't obey the rules

Person 2: (to person 3) she's got a lot of Skankynessisity.

Person 3: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
