"Shizneezy" is another term for "shit" or "Shiznit." Most commonly used in the phrase "Shizneezy Beezy." This is an adjective (a describing word of some sort). Could also be said as "shiz-nee-zay bee-zay." That would be a slang saying

guy 1: "whoa! that taco is the shizneezy!"

guy 2: "naw naw nawdude that taco is the shizneezy beezy!"
