Pronounced Shahwaal. Arabic word used for greeting, literal meaning is "how are you""what's up". it's a phrase that was widely used by the opposition in Kingdom of Bahrain's revolution to mock the monarchs after failing the people and the country with corruption. the verb "Sha7wel" means metaphoric ass-kicking.
