Sexplay 

Cosplay but with the focus being on the body, chest, buttocks, genitals of the individual wearing the costume, with a loose or weak link to the character that is supposed to be being cosplayed.

Someone who sexplays often hosts pay to view lewd or nude content. The loose connection to a video game or anime character in an out of character scantily clad outfit is meant to increase views to their pay content by playing off of the popularity of the character being loosely cosplayed.

"Hey I see you are doing a sexplay of big breasts in lingerie with a colored wig, what anime is that from?"

Sexplanations is an online web show on Youtube hosted by Lindsey Doe, or Dr. Doe. Doctor Doe makes it her job to provide accurate free information on the entire world of sex and sexual information. She hopes she can make sex less of a taboo topic. This show was set up by Hank Green, one of the Green brothers and part of the Vlogbrothers, and the Nerdfighter clan.
