A scumglomerate is a multi-industry company without morals – i.e., a combination of multiple business entities operating in entirely different industries under one corporate group, usually involving a parent company and many subsidiaries without regards for it's workers, customers, or the environment.
A: "Nestlé announced that they couldn't guarantee that their chocolate products were free from child slave labour; they also believe access to drinking water should be a human right, probably so they can continue to profiteer off bottled water sales."
